Raghuram Rajan is a renowned Indian economist and academic who served as the 23rd Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from 2013 to 2016. A former Chief Economist and Director of Research at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Rajan is celebrated for his contributions to global economic thought and policy.
