Scott Barrett is professor of natural resource economics at Columbia University. He has advised a number of international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Bank, the OECD, the European Commission, and the International Task Force on Global Public Goods. He previously taught at Johns Hopkins University and London Business School. He holds a Ph.D in economics from the London School of Economics.
