Shairee Malhotra is associate fellow (Europe) with the New Delhi-based Observer Research Foundation's (ORF's) Strategic Studies Programme. Her areas of work include Indian foreign policy with a focus on EU-India relations, broader strategic developments within Europe, and European politics, both at the member state and the EU level. Her writings have been featured in Haaretz, Hindustan Times, EU Observer, Brussels Times, South China Morning Post, The Diplomat, South Asian Voices, The National Interest, and Deccan Herald, amongst other platforms. She was recently named a 'Top 40 Under 40 EU-India Leader' by the Europe India Centre for Business & Industry (EICBI) for shaping the growth of EU-India relations.
