Dr S C Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, has resigned as Managing Director and also as Director of DCW Ltd. The Board has appointed him as Chairman Emeritus.
While P K Jain, Managing Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Vivek Jain, Senior President, and Mudit Jain, Wholetime Director, have been named as the Managing Directors.
