Pune based integrated pharmaceutical company Bhisaj Pharmaceuticals, signed a consultancy agreement with reputed Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) for the co-development of some key pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Swapnil P. Sonawane, founder, managing director of Bhisaj pharma said, collaboration will help introducing novel technologies to reduce the dependency of Indian pharmaceutical sector on imports of some important compounds.
