Miami has been one of the
top domestic,
as well as international, destinations for entertainment and nightlife for over 4 decades. Of course, Miami Beach, with its exciting clubs and gorgeous beaches, has always been Miami’s most visited neighborhood. However, as Miami Beach grapples with curfew
regulations and alcohol sale bans, many believe Wynwood, with its thriving arts scene and growing nightlife scene, is Miami’s next top neighborhood truly suited to support the city’s bustling nightlife scene.

Moishe Mana, the visionary entrepreneur behind the Mana Common revitalization platform, has been
a longtime advocate of the Wynwood arts district, fighting to protect it against luxury condo developers attempting to tone the neighborhood down.

Once upon a time, Wynwood was an industrial district — a concrete jungle of warehouses and auto shops but Mana changed all that.

“When I got to Wynwood it was mostly just industrial warehouses and workshops. There were a couple art galleries and some cool graffiti, with a few very passionate people trying to make the neighborhood a sanctuary for artists. I saw the same spark there that we created ourselves in the Meatpacking District, so I knew it was a great time to get involved,”
said Mana.

From day one, Mana the raw potential of Wynwood. This is precisely why Mana immediately bought nearly 45 acres of property including large event venues and warehouses. This decision would prove to be visionary.

Commenting on what drew him to the area, Manna states, “In developing the area, Wynwood took a beautiful life of its own and spawned a spate of open-air galleries, watering holes, eating haunts and mom-and-pop shops — all wrapped in beautiful, eye-popping art.”

Since then, Mana has added dozens more properties to his portfolio, resulting in the largest single-land assemblage in Wynwood. Mana’s properties encompass the entire southwestern quadrant of the neighborhood.

Mana’s multi-use properties and event spaces in Wynwood have been the home to some of Miami’s most popular and important events. Mana’s properties have hosted the Bitcoin Conference 2021, The Real Deal’s South Florida Real Estate Showcase + Forum, and III Points Music Festival just to name a few. This year, Mana’s events complex will host an expertly curated

show for the iconic Miami Music Week 2022. Mana is partnering with NYC-based underground promoter Teksupport and Ibiza powerhouse CircoLoco, for the first time, for this event.
