Initial public offering of 41,666,666 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share) (offer price) aggregating to Rs. 500.00 crores (the offer) comprising a fresh offer of 15,000,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 180.00 crores by the company (the fresh offer) and an offer for sale of 26,666,666 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 320.00 crores by Pedanta Technologies Private Limited (and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholder the offer for sale). Objective of issue

Funding fo capital expenditure for purchase of land and construction of new building at the mysore property. Funding expenditure for upgradation including external electrical systems of the company existing facility at Mysore, India.. Funding upgradation of the company's IT infrastructure (software, hardware and communications and network services). General corporate purposes.
