Initial public offering of 1,20,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 191 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 181 Per Equity Share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 2302.97 crores( '' Issue ). ( The issue Shall Constitute 27.13% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The issue includes a reservation of 54,945 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, aggregating to Rs. 1.00 crores (Constituting 0.12% of the Post Issue Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company) for subscription by eligible employees (the Employee Reservation Portion ). the issue less the employees reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue . the issue and the net issue 27.13% and 27.01% respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. the company in consultation with the book running lead Manager , may offered a discount of 4.71% (Equivalent of Rs. 9 Per Equity Share) on the issue price to eligible employees bidding under the employee reservation portion ( Employee Discount ).Price Band: Rs. 181/- to Rs. 191/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.The floor price is 18.10 times times the face value and cap price is 19.10 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 75 equity shares and in multiples of 75 equity shares thereafter.A discount of Rs. 9 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.

Funding working capital requirements of the company. Pursuing inorganic growth initiatives through acquisitions. General corporate purposes.
