Initial public offering of 85,365,851 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Equity Shares) of Lumino Industries Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 82 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each (the Offer Price) aggregating to Rs. 700.00 Crores ( the Offer) comprising a fresh issue of 60,975,609 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each by the company aggregating to Rs. 500.00 Crores (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 24,390,242 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 200.00 Crores comprising 18,292,682 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 150.00 Crores by devendra goel and 6,097,560 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 50.00 Crores by Jay Goel (Devendra Goel and Jay Goel, together the Promoter Selling Shareholders) and such offer by the promoter selling shareholders, the Offer For Sale). The offer includes a reservation of 1,219,512 equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each (constituting up to 0.40% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating to Rs. 10.00 Crores for subscription by eligible employees (the Employee Reservation Portion). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 28.03% and 27.63% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively.Price Band: Rs. 82 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.The floor price is 16.40 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 182 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 182 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each thereafter.
