Initial public offering of 33,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs. 179 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 169 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 59.97 Crores (The Issue). The issue constituted 27.76% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The issue included a reservation of 3,29,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.90 Crores (constituting 2.73% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.76% and 25.03% respectively, of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 179/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price 17.90 times the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 1,600 equity shares and in multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.

Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by its Company. Funding our incremental working capital requirements. General corporate purposes.
