Initial public offering of [*] Equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each (Equity Shares) of SMPP Limited (The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. The offer comprises a fresh issue of [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 by the company aggregating up to Rs. 580.00 crores (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each aggregating up to Rs. 3420.00 crores by Shiv Chand Kansal (the Promoter Selling Shareholder).The offer includes a reservation of [*] equity shares of face value ofRs. 2 each, aggregating to Rs.
