D-Link (India) hit a record high of Rs 556.75, as they rallied 17 per cent on the BSE in Wednesday's intra-day trade amid heavy volumes on healthy outlook.
D-Link (India)'s board on Saturday recommended a dividend of Rs 8 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 5 per equity share totalling to Rs 13 per equity share for FY24.
The stock rallied 8% to Rs 116 on the NSE in intra-day trade after Prusik Asian Smaller Companies Fund bought stake in the company through open market.
