National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) declared the company a non-performer and prohibited from participating in the ongoing and future bids for the road projects

Construction engineering company Gayatri Projects on Friday said it has been declared the lowest bidder for a road project worth Rs 1,323.52 crore

The delay in servicing debt obligations, has resulted in a ratings downgrade by CARE to "D" from the earlier rating of "BB+", the rating agency said

Road projects constitute 65-67% of the order book of the company

The stock hit 52-week high of Rs 235, up 4%, after the company announced it has bagged a new order of Rs 583 crore contract from NHAI.
