HUL – GSK Consumer Deal

In 2018, HUL had announced that GSK Consumer Healthcare will merge with HUL in an all-stock deal

On November 6, 2019, the Mumbai Bench of the NCLT had sanctioned the scheme and the order was subject to sanction of the Chandigarh Bench of NCLT

The deal, which is expected to be completed in 12 months, will see the HUL's turnover of foods & refreshments business exceed Rs 100 billion.
