Russia's Rosneft

Oil minister Dharmendra Pradhan said late on Monday that India is open to importing oil from Russia.

Jets used for corporate travel by Rosneft flew at least 13 times to Mallorca, Ibiza, Sardinia and the Maldives when CEO Igor Sechin or people from his social circle were in the same vacation spots.

The lawsuit has been filed against five entities, claiming 10 billion rubles from Sakhalinmorneftegaz, 7.5 billion from RN-Astra, and 17.8 billion from India's ONGC Videsh Ltd among others.

The move appears to be part of strategy by President Putin to boost Moscow's Middle Eastern political and economic influence
