The Andhra Pradesh High Court today adjourned for tomorrow, hearing on a writ petition filed by market regulator SEBI against denial of permission by a lower court to quiz Satyam founder Ramalinga Raju.

The 6th additional chief metropolitan magistrate had last week rejected SEBI's plea to take Ramalinga Raju and his brother Rama Raju into custody for a day to interrogate them in connection with the Rs 7,800 crore fraud in Satyam.

Meanwhile, the magistrate also reserved orders on the bail petitions of sacked Price Waterhouse representatives S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri for February 2.
