HDFC Chairman and Satyam Computer Services board member Deepak Parekh said the board of the IT services company was unlikely to meet till the end of this month.
Senior officials of Tech Mahindra, the new owners of the Hyderabad-based firm, were currently visiting various countries to meet Satyam clients and they would not be coming back to the country till the end of this month.
The board meeting would be held after their return, Parekh said on Thursday. Earlier, a Satyam spokesperson said that the company’s board meeting was supposed to be held on Friday but was postponed.
