Central areas witness low vacancy levels

In Bangalore, CBD comprises of M G Road, Brigade Road, Commercial street, Cunningham Road and a few roads around them. While SBD comprise of prominent roads in Indiranagar, Koramangala, Jayanagar and Malleswaram.

The main reason attributed for the low vacancy levels is the robust pre-leasing activity since 2007 mainly led by small and medium companies setting up shop in the city.
