Solix Technologies Limited, a Hyderabad-based provider of enterprise data management solutions, on Monday said that US-based consulting company Cold Creek Solutions had joined its global partner programme to become a regional systems integrator and reseller of the Solix Enterprise Data Management Suite (Solix EDMS).
Effective today, Cold Creek will become part of Solix’s global partner programme, which includes global technology alliance, global systems integrator and independent software vendor partners, and regional and government resellers.
“We are looking forward to Cold Creek helping our customers with more strategic services around Solix EDMS,” Mark Lee, senior vice-president (services), Solix Technologies, stated in a press release.
The scrip of the company ended the trade at Rs 25.35 on the BSE on Tuesday, up 3.68 per cent over the previous close of Rs 24.45.
