Comp U Learn board to discuss stake buy in US-based IT firm
IT firm Comp U Learn Tech India today said it will hold a meeting of its board on October 12 to consider the acquisition of substantial promoters' shareholding in Boden Services Inc, a US based software services and consulting company.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 12 to consider the acquisition, Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd said in a filing to BSE.
Shares of Comp U Learn Tech India surged 5 per cent to hit its upper trading limit of Rs 21.10 on BSE.
