Company developing 200,000 sft of residential space.
Delhi-based real estate developer Prime Group has launched its low-cost housing project in Lucknow.
The total cost of the project, which will also entail some commercial properties, is estimated at Rs 60 crore
The company is developing 200,000 sft of residential space, which comprising five housing blocks — Platinum Heights — on the Lucknow-Faizabad highway.
“The project spread over 7 bighas of land will comprise 250 residential units of varying sizes starting from 550 sft to 1,350 sft,” company director Prince Dhingra said. It hopes to give possession in two years.
The company has lined up similar housing and commercial projects in Goa, Jaipur and Mumbai. In Jaipur, the group is developing two townships.
