Coal despatch from the Talcher Coalfields to the railway station was badly hit due to the derailment of three railway engines at the Balanda siding on Sunday. Rash driving and track problems are said to be the reasons for the mishap. There was no coal loading at the affected sidings even though the colliery officials managed to run some rakes through the other routes, said sources.
