Mahindra Group plans to hire around 25,000 professionals by this year-end, a top company executive said.
“The Mahindra Group is growing across all verticals and will continue to grow in the coming days. We plan to hire between 20,000-25,000 professionals across all sectors by December 2012,” said Rajeev Dubey, Mahindra and Mahindra president (Group HR & After-Market).
Presently, the $7.1-billion Mahindra Group has 1,12,000 professionals in the domestic and overseas markets. The company plans to hire more experienced professionals this year to further enhance the Mahindra brand.
“We will hire more experienced professionals than freshers this year. We expect to hire around 10,000 professionals for the overseas markets and the rest for the domestic market,” Dubey said.
