Maytas Infra Ltd, a firm promoted by Satyam founder chairman B Ramalinga Raju’s kin, is making efforts to appoint a chief executive officer at the company. It has also formed a project management committee to ensure that its projects are not affected.

According to Jain, the board saw good prospects for the company. It also attempted to evaluate the Maytas projects. The board is optimistic about the future of the company.
