MetricStream partners with IIA

Bangalore-based MetricStream, an enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and quality management solutions firm today said it has entered into a strategic partnership with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), as part of the 2009 Industry Leader Programme.    

The IIA's Industry Leader programme would provide exclusive benefits to participating sponsors, seeking collaborative relationships with internal auditors around the world, a MetricStream release said here. 

The company would actively support the internal audit profession through efforts such as participating within local chapter leadership position and maintaining an active IIA membership at an organisation level.    

"The internal audit function is at the center of a company's strategy for effective risk management and sustainable compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements," MetricStream CFO and General Manager Gaurav Kapoor said.
