Netxcell Limited, a Hyderabad-based telecom applications and value-added services (VAS) provider, has developed and implemented a solution to provide real-time subscription services, for 2G and 3G subscribers, on cloud to telecom operator Tata Docomo.

Netxcell, which claims this solution to be the first in the industry, will manage the entire pack provisioning and customer lifecycle management (CLM), including real-time alerts for system utilisation and breach of key service and performance indicators (KPIs), for Tata Docomo across all its 18 circles.

The CLM System provides a seamless end-to-end management of all subscription services, campaign management and loyalty management solution across all mobile VAS platforms.

“The technology will enable operators to save huge amounts on opex (operational expenditure) in terms of electricity, space and manpower cost as the server is hosted in Netxcell’s data centre. Also, the prompts, alerts and reminder responses that the subscriber receives ensure constant engagement with the operator,” the company said in a release on Monday.
