Patni Computer allots 1 lakh shares to employees
Infotech firm Patni Computer Systems today said it has allotted 101,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each to certain employees of the company.
The alloted shares include 50,000 underlying equity shares of Rs 2 each with Bank of New York as depository in connection with issuance of 25,000 American Depository Shares (ADS) pursuant to exercise of ADR linked options.
The company's stock was trading at Rs 454.30, nearly 1 per cent lower than Thursday's close.
