Bangalore-based real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects has posted a net profit of Rs 70. 15 crore in the fourth quarter of last financial year.
However, net profit numbers were complemented by around Rs 37 crore of other income during this period.
The sales of the company was Rs 465.46 crore during this period. Similarly, operating profit of the developer was at Rs 78.25 crore during the January-March period.
On an annual basis, net profit of Prestige Developers was at Rs 166.66 crore in the last financial year. However, profit was supported by Rs 68.23 crore of other income by the company during this period.
Total sales of the company was at Rs 1,543 crore in the last financial year. Operating profit was at Rs 313.24 crore in the same period.
Prestige Estates Projects, which listed in October, 2010, posted a net profit of Rs 141.73 crore in FY10. The total revenue of the company in FY10 was at Rs 949.67 crore during this period.
Prestige Estate Projects has completed 153 projects with an area of 38.5 million sq ft as of now and is developing around 61.4 million sq ft currently.
