Price Waterhouse denies CID raid

Price Waterhouse, the statutory auditor for Satyam Computer, has denied any raids on its Hyderabad office. “We are in discussion with different agencies for providing information requested by them. We are fully cooperating with the agencies and providing whatever information/ documents/materials that have been asked for,” the auditor stated in a press release.

There were reports that the Criminal Investigation Department of Andhra Pradesh police had confiscated “important” documents in the raids being conducted on the Price Waterhouse office here today.
