Israel's leading test automation software provider QualiSystems will open its office in India to cater to the growing technology market in the country.

QualiSystems will open its office in Bangalore to respond to an increasing demand for its award winning TestShell system, a company release said.

The impressive growth of the Indian technology industry during the last few years, and the fact it has become the world's largest outsourcing hub, makes India a natural choice for QualiSystems' presence expansion, the release said.

"Our offerings address a real demand in the Indian market for a comprehensive solution that slashes testing costs and time to market while improving the product quality," Ronen Naishtein, VP for Asia Pacific Sales at QualiSystems, said.

"We are certain that System Integrators such as Wipro, Tech Mahindra and TCS as well as global service providers that operate in India, such as Vodafone, Airtel and BSNL, will find TestShell end-to-end test automation and quality management capabilities extremely relevant," Naishtein added.

The TestShell platform is compatible of testing virtually any hardware, device or embedded system. With its code-free test authoring, automatic execution and comprehensive test reporting and analysis, the system turns the testing process into a complete quality optimisation solution, the company claimed.

QualiSystems India will offer complete TestShell suite and customers will also have access to expert post-sales support and professional services.
