The company had posted a net profit of Rs 3.17 crore in the same period of previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company, however rose to Rs 1,069.02 crore for the fourth quarter as against Rs 948.95 crore in the same period of previous fiscal, it said in a BSE filing.

For the fiscal ended March 31, 2013, the company posted a net profit of Rs 28.73 crore as against Rs 155.78 crore in the previous financial year.
The company's board, which met today, has recommended a dividend of 10% for the financial year 2012-13.
Shares of Raymond today closed at Rs 266.80 on the BSE, down 4.56% from their previous close.
