Reliance Cap Trustee hikes stake in Bajaj Auto Fin to 6%

Reliance Capital Trustee has hiked its stake in the Bajaj Auto Finance to six per cent after buying additional shares worth Rs 23.26 crore through open market transaction.

Reliance Capital Trustee has purchased 8,03,000 shares, representing 2.19 per cent stake in Bajaj Auto Finance, for Rs 23.26 crore, Bajaj Auto Finance said in a disclosure to the National Stock Exchange.

Post acquisition, Reliance Capital Trustee now holds 6 per cent stake in the auto finance company. Earlier, it had a 3.85 per cent holding in Bajaj Auto Finance.
