RKHS, the food and hospitality solutions provider, through its affiliates has bought back Compass Group's 50 per cent stake in the company. The buy back has been agreed by mutual consent and will not affect the business operations with clients, customers, suppliers and associates, said the company in a statement. The management team and personnel of RKHS will remain unchanged.
In 1995, the Shete family had sold 50 per cent of its stake to Eurest, which was then a part of the Accor Group. Later Accor was acquired by Compass. Compass Group will conduct business in India on its own account with immediate effect, said in the statement.
