Kudva will join Omidyar Network after leaving CRISIL, a leading analytical company. Kudva served as managing director and chief executive officer at CRISIL, from 2007. Kudva joined the firm in 1992.
Kudva serves as an independent member on the board of directors of Infosys and as a member of the primary markets advisory committee of The Securities and Exchange Board of India. She is also a member of the Reserve Bank of India’s External Advisory Committee for evaluating applicants for Payment Bank licenses.
Established in 2004 by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar and his wife Pam, Omidyar Network has committed more than $760 million to for-profit companies and non-profit organizations, including consumer internet & mobile, education, financial inclusion, governance & citizen engagement, and property rights.
