Satyam allots shares under stock option
Satyam Computer Services has alloted 10,511 equity shares under its stock option plan. The board of the company approved the allotment of the shares.
Post the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company has reached 673.89 million equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 135 crore.
