Auto components manufacturer Bosch has announced temporary shut down of its plants owing to inventory build up cause by a slump in demand.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today that its starters and generators plant at Naganathapura will be shut from January 10 to January 31.
Moreover, some specific manufacturing activity in its Bangalore plant will also be shut from January 15 to January 17. The plant will have five day working week from January 19 to end of February.
Bosch’s Nashik-based plant will also be shut from January 19 to January 24 .
