Sonata software appoints Venkatraman as head of Strategic Finance

Sonata Software announced the appointment of N Venkatraman as Head-Strategic Finance and Risk Management.    

In this position, Venkat will oversee various aspects of Risk Management and Control functions, including valuations and deal structing, Financial Information Systems and Legal and Regulatory functions of Sonata, a company statement said.    

Prior to joining Sonata, Venkat worked with Team Lease Services, where he held the position of CFO and Head of Operations. Having worked in Consulting, IT and HR services, Venkat brings to Sonata combined experience of 14 years, the statement said.
