Budget carrier Spicejet Ltd has declared a net profit of Rs 26.3 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 against a loss of Rs 129.2 crore during the same quarter last year on the back of a 15 per cent increase in operating revenues and higher load factors.
Dabur
Dabur, the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) player, has registered a consolidated net profit increase of 29.4 per cent for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, at Rs 91.4 crore, compared with Rs 70 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Zydus
Ahmedabad-based pharma company Zydus Cadila has recorded an increase in net profit by 39 per cent for the first quarter ended June 30, 2009, at Rs 125 crore, up from Rs 90 crore last year.
