TAKE Solutions has created a new subsidiary for Life Sciences Big Data in the US.
The initial investment in the company will be $3 million and it will address the $300 billion healthcare and life sciences market in the US.
According to the company's BSE announcement, the new subsidiary will provide clients offerings in the areas of data integration and advanced analytics.
H R Srinivasan, vice chairman and managing director, TAKE Solutions said that there is growing importance of mining actionable insights from Big Data for strategic decision making in the Life Sciences space.
This investment goes into areas of analytical data aggregation, mining and visualisation, he added.
