Manoj Bhat, who is leading Corporate Planning (including Mergers and Acquisitions) and Investor Relations portfolio, will take up the additional responsibility of Deputy CFO, the statement added.

"I would like to thank Sonjoy, who has been a key member of the Management Team for the last 10 years, for his immense contribution in taking Tech Mahindra to where it is today. He has created a strong team and process to enable a seamless transition of responsibilities to Milind Kulkarni and Manoj Bhat," Tech Mahindra Executive Vice Chairman Vineet Nayyar said.
