Diversified business firm Visaka Industries today said its two promoters have pledged 17.86 lakh shares representing an 11.24 per cent stake in the company.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Visaka Industries said that G Vivekanand, a promoter of the company, has pledged a total 16.76 lakh shares, or 10.55 per cent stake.
Further, Saroja Vivekanand, another promoter of the firm, has also pledged 1.10 lakh shares, representing a 0.69 per cent stake, in the company.
The company, however, did not disclosed any financial details in this regard.
