Concierge services start-up Wishup on Tuesday said it has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from TracxnLabs, 500 Startups, and Mato Peric. Additionally, Wishup also saw funding from a host of Angels through TracxnSyndicate.

Wishup allows customers to use the firm's app, whatsapp or website to book cakes and flowers, hotels, hire local mechanics and make hotel reservations.

"We started with my personal Whatsapp number and scaled up to a thousand requests per day within the first month of operation. That's when we validated the market potential and decided to come up with a more personalized platform on mobile phones," Wishup co-founder Neelesh Rangwani said in a statement.

According to Neha Singh of Tracxn, by "aggregating essential services into one platform, Wishup aims to be a one-stop shop solution to cater to customers' day-to-day requirements. The startup will leverage on the latest technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to provide customers with the best possible services."

Wishup is based in Delhi, and currently offers its service across the NCR region as well as in Bengaluru, the statement said.
