Software company Zylog Systems has reported a 12.9% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 33.95 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2011.
The Chennai-headquartered company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 30.06 crore for the same period of the previous year, a company statement here said.
For the year ending March 31, 2011, consolidated net profits grew to Rs 145.14 crore from Rs 100.92 crore in the same period of the previous year, it said.
The consolidated revenues for the quarter ending March 31, 2011, soared to Rs 501.23 crore from Rs 339.07 crore in the same period of the previous year, it said.
For the year ending March 31, 2011, its consolidated revenues stood at Rs 1,915.67 crore, as against Rs 979.94 crore in the same period of the previous year, it said.
Besides Chennai, the company has a strong presence in the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Malaysia, the statement added.
