Govt guidelines on networking sites

At a time when the prime minister, chief ministers and even the chief election commissioner are trying to connect to people through social networking sites, the government is set to come out with guidelines for state and central departments to use this online tool to communicate with public. J Satyanarayana, secretary, Department of Electronics and IT, said keeping in mind the growing demand, the department will soon finalise the guidelines for all state and central government departments wanting to use social medium to reach and get feedback from public.
