'Internet of call' idea tops TiE contest for school kids

In the Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) exclusive programme for school kids to ignite their entrepreneurial skills, the team that came up with the idea to empower individuals having no means the means to connect to so many services on the internet received the top honours.

The winning business idea, TICH, connects the underpriviliged people to the internet and e-commerce. The model offers a two-way benefit- empowering the underprivileged and also proliferating the e-commerce.

The winners of TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TyE) Hyderabad Business Plan Competition will now compete for $ 10,000 TyE Global Business Plan competition in June 2015.
