Congress not to obstruct roads on Aug 24: Mannan

Apparently to avoid a clash with Trinamool Congress, opposition Congress in West Bengal today decided to call off its road blockade on August 24 when Mamata Banerjee's party starts an indefinite sit-in near the project site of Tata small car plant at Singur demanding return of acquired farmland for the project.
