A local court today reserved orders on the bail plea of Price Waterhouse's (PW)partners S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri for February 16, while deferring hearing on petitions by market regulator Sebi and the serious fraud office.
The 6th additional chief metropolitan magistrate posted to February 13, hearing on Sebi's application seeking permission to quiz the two auditors and Serious Fraud Investigation Office's plea to question Ramalinga Raju among others.
Satyam Computer founder Ramalinga Raju, his brother Rama Raju, company's former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas and the two auditors are in judicial custody awaiting trial in connection with the accounting fraud in the IT company.
Raju had on January 7 disclosed that he had cooked the company's books for years.
Sebi has already questioned the Raju brothers.
