IIMC to be upgraded to global university

This was announced by the union Information minister P R Dasmunsi in his convocation address at the IIMC here today.

Dasmunshi said that to fulfill the growing demand of the media industry for more trained and qualified professionals the centre has decided to make IIMC an international media university through an Act of Parliament.
