NEWSALERT: DMRC scaled down testing requirements, says CAG

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation scaled down testing requirements in four contracts as these were falling behind schedule, says Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

The CAG says government deliberately did not place the report in Parliament.
