No Accord On Completion Of Phase-Ii: Dpc

Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Company (DPC) today said that Enron Corp chairman Kenneth Lay during his meetings with the Centre and the Maharashtra government had not agreed to any proposal to complete construction of phase-II of the Dabhol power project.
